Privacy Policy Terms of Service
Finance Manager is a personal record-keeping app. It is not a bank, payment service, or financial advisor. You are responsible for the numbers you enter.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Android application Finance Manager (the “App”), developed by NetraTech, package name com.financemanager.app.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

Finance Manager helps you track personal income, expenses, categories, and budgets on your device. Summaries are generated from data you enter.

The App does not provide banking, payments, money transfer, lending, insurance, investment advice, tax filing, or regulated financial services. It does not connect to bank accounts or payment cards.

Subject to these Terms, NetraTech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, solely for lawful personal or household record-keeping.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of entries you create. The App does not verify bank balances, invoices, or tax obligations. Do not rely on the App as your only copy of important financial records; keep official statements from your bank or accountant as needed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable law. You will not use it to hide illegal activity, launder money, or submit false information to any authority. The App is a private notebook for amounts you choose to log — not a compliance or audit system.

6. No financial advice

Nothing in the App is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Charts and totals are informational only. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

7. Free App & future advertising

The App is currently free to download. Core tracking features do not require an in-app purchase.

A later version may introduce Google AdMob advertisements. Continued use after ads are introduced constitutes acceptance of that change, subject to the updated Privacy Policy and these Terms.

8. No warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NetraTech does not warrant that totals will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that the App will meet your accounting or tax needs.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETRATECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP.

This includes loss of on-device records after uninstall, device reset, or hardware failure. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it and uninstall it.

10. Updates & changes

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

We may suspend or discontinue the App (or any feature) without liability.

11. Termination

Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimer, liability limits, and governing provisions) will survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
