Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how NetraTech (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the Android application Finance Manager (the “App”), package name com.financemanager.app.

This page is the public privacy policy Google Play requires for the App. By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall and stop using the App.

2. About the App

Finance Manager is a personal finance tool that helps you record and review everyday money activity on your phone, such as:

• Income and expense entries
• Categories, notes, and budgets you create
• Simple summaries and reports generated on your device

The App is not a bank, wallet, payment processor, lender, investment advisor, or tax service. It does not open accounts, move money, or access your bank or card credentials.

3. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data or financial data on our servers.

The App does not require an account and does not ask you to create a login with us. Amounts, categories, notes, and similar records you enter are stored locally on your device so the App can show your own history and summaries.

We do not operate a backend that receives, stores, or profiles those records. We do not sell user data. We do not share your financial entries with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

4. Google Play Data Safety summary

For Google Play Data Safety, the current version of the App is declared as follows:

• Data collected by the developer: none (no personal or financial data is sent to NetraTech)
• Data shared with third parties: none in the current version
• Financial information: entered and stored on-device only; not transmitted to us
• Account / identity: no in-app account with NetraTech
• Location: not collected
• Photos, contacts, SMS, or call logs: not collected

If a future version adds cloud backup, sign-in, or ads, this Policy and the Play Data Safety form will be updated before that change ships.

5. Permissions

The App only requests permissions needed to provide its features. Typical uses include:

• INTERNET — only if a build needs network access (for example to load this policy in a browser, optional updates, or future ads). The current product does not upload your finance records to NetraTech.
• On-device storage / app data — used to save your entries inside the App’s private storage so they persist between sessions.

We do not use permissions to read your SMS, contacts, or banking apps, or to scrape other apps for financial data.

6. How on-device data is used

Records you enter are used solely to:

• Display your own transactions, budgets, and summaries
• Let you edit or delete entries you created
• Provide optional export or backup files you choose to create on the device

If you export a file (for example CSV) and share it yourself, that sharing is under your control. We do not receive those files unless you email them to us for support.

7. Data retention and deletion

Because records live on your device, you control them:

• Delete individual entries inside the App
• Clear the App’s storage in Android Settings
• Uninstall the App — local App data is removed with the uninstall, unless Android backup on your device restores it later

We cannot remotely delete data we do not hold. If you contacted us by email, we keep only the message you sent, as needed to reply, then delete it when it is no longer required.

8. Security

On-device data is stored in the App’s private storage provided by Android. You should protect your phone with a lock screen. We are not responsible for access by anyone who already has unlocked use of your device, or for data loss if the device is damaged, reset, or uninstalled without a backup you created.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents who believe a child has sent us personal information by email may contact us and we will delete that message.

10. Advertising (future versions)

The current version does not include advertising SDKs and does not show ads.

A later release may add Google AdMob or similar ads. If that happens, this Policy and Play Data Safety will be updated first. Ad networks may then process advertising identifiers according to Google’s policies. Financial entries in the App still will not be uploaded to NetraTech for advertising.

11. Third-party services

If you open a link from the App (including this website), that destination has its own policy. This Privacy Policy applies only to Finance Manager and to data we handle.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy. Material changes that affect Play Data Safety will be reflected in Play Console as well.
